#TestimonyTuesday – Startups Funded, New Jobs Coming

It’s #TestimonyTuesday!

1. Testimony

My friend’s startup has been looking for funding for some time now. I’ve worked with them a bit and been praying for God to bless the company.

They just received word that they’ve been accepted into a pretty elite accelerator which will give them $170k in funding, 3 months of intensive mentorship in New York City, and the opportunity to pitch to leading venture capitalists in their industry at the end of the mentorship.

Awesome!

2. Prayer Request

Brian Rohler, a member of the community here at Uncompromised Men, is currently interviewing for new jobs in preparation for finishing out his current gig on September 30th.

Join with us in declaring open doors for Brian, as well as peace and clarity as he determines where this next season will take place. Give him a shout on Twitter @BrianRohler.

3. Question

Ian Chandler, a member of the UM community, asked a fantastic question this week about how we should be filtering worldly movie content.

It’s important to guard our hearts as we engage with the world, without entering into fear. To read our discussion and weigh-in, head over to the comments section of this page.
